B.A.B.Y. Gala 2026

Our mission is to provide financial assistance to medically under-insured families in Northern Colorado who have children with various health-related challenges. We are staffed 100% by volunteers, and the vast majority of our funding is derived from this annual gala.

Silent Auction

The silent auction begins as soon as you check-in.
Bid as many times as you’d like.
AES will alert you each time you are outbid.
To pay with cash or check, please visit the check-out station.
To pay with credit card, you can check out on your device anytime.
If you forget to check out, your card on file will be charged after the Gala.
Silent auction closes at 8:00 pm.
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds.

Live Auction

Live auction items are on display in the hallway and are listed in your printed program.
Use you printed program to “raise your paddle” and bid.
Winning bidders are recorded by staff. You can use your credit card on your device, or visit the check-out station to pay by cash or check.
All winners must see the check-out station to pick up their item(s).
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds.

Wine & Whiskey Wall

Purchase a wine cork for $30 or a whiskey cap for $50 and you’ll receive a surprise bottle of wine or whiskey.
All wine donated by Winery 5280.
All whiskey donated by Red Barn Liquors and Hometown Liquors.

Lock Box

Enter for a chance to win $1,000 in cash!
Raffle tickets are $50 each.
How it works: We will draw 10 lucky winners, each receiving a unique lock box code. One by one, they’ll take turns entering their code to see who unlocks the box and claims the
$1,000 cash prize!

Heads or Tails

Purchase a bracelet for $25 from one of our volunteers to participate in the Heads or Tails game.

Limit one ticket per player.

How it’s played: Each player stands and puts their hands on either their “head” or their “tail.” We will then toss the coin and announce “heads” or “tails.” Those with their hands on the proper location stay standing, those without sit. We will toss the coin until there is one person left standing!

The winner will receive a Skylight Calendar ($320 value).

Pip's HandPours

At tonight’s event, we’re proud to offer custom logo soaps created especially for The B.A.B.Y. Foundation. These beautifully handcrafted soaps are generously made by Pip's Handpours, a woman-owned, eco-friendly soap maker in Fort Collins, CO, dedicated to hand-poured creations free from perfumes, dyes, palm oil, and plastic.
